The following are allowed to submit candidates:
· Members of the Award Committee;
· public institutions, unions, associations, foundations, organisations and sailing clubs;
· residents of Szczecin, West Pomerania Province and Hither Pomerania; in the case of the Captain Ludomir Mączka Award, also residents of any part of Poland.
Applications for the International Szczecin Sailing Awards can be submitted online, using e-form

or in the traditional way: on the formulars to be downloaded below and transmitted by e-mail to the following address: nagrody.zeglarskie@zstw.szczecin.pl .
Applications are accepted from January 10 to February 15 each year.
Applications are not examined if they are submitted in a form other than the application form.
